Take a moment to get to know Max a little better by reading his response to these interview questions:

What made you decide to become a real estate agent?

I decided to become a real estate agent because I love helping people! I have also reached the top management positions of every other industry that I have worked in, and was looking to try something new. I wanted to work in a service industry with no ceiling to fulfill my passion for helping people and to see how far I can really go in my career!

What made you choose Precision Home Group?

I choose Precision Home Group because of the training they provide. I interviewed with a lot of brokers -- Precision was very open and honest throughout the interview process, especially pertaining to their employment contract and training programs. After gathering all the information and realizing that all of my requirements were checked off with this brokerage, I really had no choice but to choose Precision Home Group!

How long have you been with the company?

I have been with Precision Home Group for three months, and I am learning something new everyday!

What do your day to day job roles/expectations look like?

There are so many things that go into being an agent! But a typical day for me includes; attending the morning meeting to go over our daily objectives, making phone calls, meeting with clients, forming relationships, daily sales training, and helping my clients in any way that I can!

What are your real estate goals for the remainder of this year?

My real estate goals for the rest of the year are to have compounding months of sales that continue to increase over time! Ultimately, I want to help as many people as I can to achieve their real estate goals!

What is one of the most valuable things you have learned so far?

The most valuable lesson I have learned so far is how to follow up, and how to build a pipeline of people to service.

Fun fact about you?

I am from Fairbanks but I have lived in Alaska my whole life and I love it here! I also love to travel and I have plans in the next year to go to Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Indonesia, and Peru.
