Take a moment to get to know Robert a little better by reading his response to these interview questions:

Why did you decide to become a real estate agent?

I’ve always valued meeting new people and helping them during major milestones in their life. Being my own boss was also a major goal of mine, which was very hard to find in any other job. Becoming a real estate agent has given me the ability to pursue all three of these passions, and I couldn’t be more thankful for finding that!

What made you choose Precision Home Group?

I wanted to be a part of a team of professionals who work together to achieve the same goal. I chose Precision Home Group because I could see the team crushing those goals and reaching out for new opportunities as soon as I stepped foot in the office.

How long have you been with the company?

I’ve been with Precision Home Group for 4 months and have already made two sales with three more pending!

What are your day to day job roles/expectations?

First and foremost, I reach out to those in my community to see if they are hoping to buy or sell property now or in the future. I assist my current buyers by helping them search for a house that fits their needs, and I assist my sellers by marketing their house in creative ways to attract the right buyers. I also help negotiate offers, attend home inspections, coordinate showings and repairs, and make myself readily available to my clients.

What are your real estate goals for the remainder of this year?

I would like to help 50 more people achieve their real estate goals by the end of this year.

What is one of the most valuable things you have learned so far?

Everyone has questions about real estate and it’s always changing! In order to keep up, you have to be very active in the real estate community, stay up-to-date with what’s going on in the market, and remain current on any changes to the law.

I lived in Germany for six years! Wünderbar!
