Take a moment to get to know Josiah a little better by reading his response to these interview questions:

What made you decide to become a real estate agent?

I made the decision to become a real estate agent after many hours of discussion with my wife. It was going to be a huge change in our lives, and I needed to make sure we were both on board. I have always had a passion for real estate, and greatly enjoy speaking with people about their dreams and aspirations. I found a way to combine the two and do what I love and I finally went for it!

What made you choose Precision Home Group?

One of the biggest things was their drive for excellence. I just applied one night and by the next morning, I had already been called to discuss an interview. The performance and service was above and beyond the status quo! It's clear that Precision focuses on working hard and working right -- every single time!

What do your day to day job roles/expectations look like?

The day-to-day has a lot of expectations! Some of which include reaching out to potential clients, following up with existing clients, keeping on track with current transactions and listings, scheduling professional services for listings, making sure my clients are apprised of what is going on and where we’re at in the process, hosting open houses, performing showings, processing a lot of paperwork, and of course, continuing to educate myself on current real estate laws and trends.

What are your real estate goals for the remainder of this year?

My real estate goal for the remainder of this year is to become one the most sought after agents in Alaska. I will accomplish this through education, hard work, determination, commitment, and the highest level of service to everyone I have the pleasure and honor of speaking with!

What is one of the most valuable things you have learned so far?

The most valuable thing I have learned in real estate so far is to always keep a pen and paper handy! You never know when, where, or with whom your next listing may come from.

Fun fact about you?

I got married to the most beautiful, kind, and generous woman in the world on August 2nd! It's the perfect time of year because it gives me the opportunity to spoil her right before asking her for permission to go hunting!
