MEET Alecia Lindsay

We strongly believe in the importance of getting to know everyone that has a hand in helping make the buying or selling process a reality. We are proud of what our administrative staff does to make each transaction go as smoothly as possible because, quite frankly, we couldn’t do it without their help! With that being said, take a moment to get to know our marketing director, Alecia Lindsay.

As part owner, what was your vision with developing Precision Home Group?

I started Precision Home Group with my husband, Matthew, back in 2017. At the time, I could see where my strengths complimented the needs of our growing company. My core strengths are within systems, strategies and brand development. When I look at concepts and new ideas to bring to the table, I’m always answering the question “how”. How do we meet and exceed the goal, so everything is lined out, executed properly, effectively and elegantly, like clockwork.

The vision that we created for the company was one of prosperity, hard work, and dedication to not only uplift our lives, but the lives of those around us as well. Just like so many others, we want to provide for our families, create jobs and opportunities for the people around us, and provide the tools and resources for our team members to be successful in their career and life.

What do your day to day job roles look like?

Everyday is different! We have routines that happen each day and week, but there are always new projects to develop and uncharted territory that we wander into. My position within the company has evolved over time purely based on what is needed -- from marketing, systems development, public relations, recruitment, training, and internal operations. The majority of my work now is researching, creating and outlining projects for my team, quality control of our finalized pieces and creating solutions for anything from office design, new advertisement development, and effective project management solutions.

What are your goals for the remainder of this year?

Some of the projects we’re building out at the moment are, focusing on how we can provide better service and quality information for buyers and sellers, being better known in the industry and building out our office to become more friendly for both staff and clients. We’re constantly creating and updating so we can evolve.

What is one of the most valuable things you have learned in your position?

I’ve learned that it’s important to keep your eye on the goal, but that the way you arrive at the destination may be very different from what you anticipated. Be flexible and be aware of what looks like a “fire” but is actually a distraction.

Fun fact about you?

I love learning, building and creating just about anything. Learning new concepts and theories and developing anything from projects, designs, systems, brands fascinates me. There are so many possibilities.
