Transaction Coordinator

  

Precision Home Group is looking for a Transaction Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to add to our team!

 

We are looking for someone who: 

- LOVES systems and details 

- Is obsessed with keeping paperwork in order 

- Is self determined and wants to be around like-minded individuals

- Is willing to learn and creatively problem solve 

- Is able to maintain a cheerful work environment 

- Is excited to grow alongside an expanding company 

 

Day to day tasks may include: 

- Phone calls to coordinate appointments, repairs, etc

- Assisting agents in completing real estate transactions and paperwork

- Assemble marketing materials

- Running errands and expediting projects

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Professional and presentable at all times

- Able to multitasks or work in a fast paced environment 

- Relentless work ethic

- A positive attitude

- No previous real estate experience is required

  

Compensation:

- $35,000+ per year
