Take a moment to get to know Aaron a little better by reading his response to these interview questions:

What made you decide to become a real estate agent?

I have always been interested in the housing market. After buying a couple homes of my own, my passion for real estate began to grow. I felt I worked just as hard as my realtors when it came to looking for a home, so I finally decided to take this passion of mine and turn it into a career.

What made you choose Precision Home Group?

I interviewed at a couple other real estate agencies. The biggest thing that drew me to Precision was that it is an up and coming company! I felt I could help build a great foundation here and continue to grow with the company.

How long have you been with the company?

I started working for Precision in the middle of April. As we head into the busy season, I am excited to see how the rest of the year goes for me!

What do your day to day job roles/expectations look like?

Some of the roles I have at Precision are prospecting for new clients, helping them find new homes to purchase, and coordinating showing times for clients that currently have their homes listed for sale.

What are your real estate goals for the remainder of this year?

I would love to help more people with their real estate goals! For me it's not about how many people I can help, but the quality of my service.

What is one of the most valuable things you have learned so far?

One of the most valuable things I have learned is customer service. In the past, it was one of my weaker attributes, but with time I feel that it has become one of my strongest qualities. I work hard everyday to become a better version of myself!

Fun fact about you?

When I’m not at work, I really enjoy fishing and hiking. My wife and I have truly become hiking enthusiasts over the last couple years! My goal this summer is to hike Crow Pass.
