Northstar is a friendly, older neighborhood located in the south part of Anchorage. This neighborhood is situated in a convenient location, making it very easy to access the trails, parks, and the great amenities of the city. The real estate market in Northstar consists of single-family homes that range in size from two to five bedroom properties. The first phases of construction in this neighborhood took place as early as 1947, but most of them have been frequently updated since then.
