When faced with difficult situations you have two choices: succumb or overcome. 

To succumb is to fail to resist pressure, temptation, or some other negative force. It is, quite literally, a failure by giving up and letting your environment control you, your surroundings, and your future.

To overcome is to overpower or overwhelm, succeed in dealing with a problem, defeat an opponent and to prevail.

We are given these choices everyday, and must face them head on.

Currently, there are still restrictions on who is considered "essential" and what businesses can operate. I know that this is a point of contention however, I believe all businesses are essential in some way, especially when it comes to local economies. And, of course, people are essential. 

When all of this started earlier this year, people weren’t quite sure how to handle it or what was to come.

Sellers were trying to outpace the market by listing their homes before the rumored shutdowns hit our local area.

Buyers weren’t sure what to do with the low low-interest rates we were seeing with the uncertainty of the future.

Some people took the plunge and made a purchase, and some chose to put things on pause.

I am always an advocate for my clients, ensuring that we help each and every one attain their goals and make sure they are set up for the future.
