Residents here have quick access to all the retail shops of the 5th Avenue Mall and smaller local boutiques that line the downtown streets. Residents here also have close access to the Tony Knowles Coastal Trail, which runs all the way South to Kincaid Park. It also is a part of the larger trail system which stretches across all of Anchorage through the neighboring South Addition neighborhood.
